1. Information We Collect

  • - Account information such as email and profile details from sign-in providers.
  • - Billing-related information handled by payment providers.
  • - Agent configuration data you submit in the product.
  • - Service logs and operational telemetry required to run and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

  • - To provide and operate Shift.
  • - To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
  • - To provide support and troubleshoot issues.
  • - To improve reliability and product features.

3. Google Workspace Integrations

  • - If you explicitly connect a Google product, Shift may access the Google Workspace data required to provide that integration.
  • - For Gmail, Shift may read email threads and send replies or new emails on your behalf when you explicitly ask your agent to perform an email workflow.
  • - For Google Calendar, Shift may view upcoming events, create calendar events, and reschedule events on your behalf.
  • - For Google Docs, Shift may create documents, read document content, append text, replace text, and share documents created through Shift when you request those actions.
  • - For Google Sheets, Shift may create spreadsheets, read ranges, append values, update cells, and share spreadsheets created through Shift when you request those actions.
  • - For Google Drive, Shift may create folders, upload files, read file metadata, list files, and manage sharing permissions for files created or uploaded through Shift when you request those actions.
  • - Shift only accesses Google Workspace data after you explicitly connect the relevant Google product, and only to provide the specific functionality you choose to use in the product.
  • - If a requested workflow uses AI features, the relevant content needed to complete that workflow may be processed by Shift and its service providers to generate the requested result.

4. Data Sharing

  • - We do not sell personal data.
  • - We may share data with trusted infrastructure, payment, and model providers strictly as needed to operate the service and fulfill the features you request.
  • - We do not use Google Workspace API data for advertising.
  • - We do not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

5. Data Retention

  • - We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
  • - Connected Google Workspace data is retained only as needed to operate the connected feature, maintain the service, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Security

  • - We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data.

7. Your Choices

  • - You can disconnect Google Workspace integrations in the product.
  • - You can request account deletion or data access by contacting support.
  • - You can request deletion of connected Google Workspace data and related integration records by contacting support.

8. Changes

  • - We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date.
